You may know this dessert as the smooth mini cake that oozes chocolate when sliced. This is often thought of as one of the most difficult desserts, and it is a challenging recipe even for some experienced chefs. All cooking is accomplished with a microwave and an oven, and each cake will bake for less than 15 minutes. This fast cooking time gives you the opportunity to attempt multiple rounds of cakes while you perfect the techniques described by Chef Kurt.

  • 2 ea. Large eggs
  • 2 tbls. Flour
  • 1/8 tsp. kosher salt

  • Cream the butter and sugar until well combined with hand mixer.

  • Let cool for five minutes then flip over on to serving plate and serve.
