Try this delicious Southwestern inspired pizza pie in the comfort of your own home. Chef Kurt Fahler wanted to develop a signature pizza using The Bars’ own smoked chicken. So with the help of a very good idea from Chris, one of his partners in the smoking meats department, the rodeo pizza was born. With a southwestern kick sure to develop an appetite and a thirst for an ice-cold beer to wash it down. This is a choice that's hard to beat!


Rodeo Pizza Sauce:

  • 1/2 CUP sriracha BBQ (your favorite BBQ sauce with as much seasoning as you like)
  • 1/2-CUP ranch DRESSING

Preparation Instructions: All you need to do is blend equal parts of BBQ sauce and ranch make more or less depending on how many pizzas you will be making.

Ingredients:

  • 14in pizza crust
  • 1/2 cup sriracha ranch BBQ Sauce
  • 10 oz. pizza cheese
  • 2 slices pepper jack cheese cut into strips
  • 6 oz. smoked chicken
  • 1/2 cup diced purple onion
  • 1/2 cup diced cooked bacon
  • 1 Tbs Sriracha seasoning

Preparation Instructions: Dock and crimp the crust. Transfer to screen. Sauce down first then the cheeses and then toppings. Bake, then transfer to pan cut and serve.

  • 3 oz. (pc) Diced Green Pepper
  • 3 oz. (pc) Sliced Black Olives
